A Flanders man is charged with grand larceny in a jewelry theft from a Flanders residence.
The Southampton Town Police detective division reports the arrest on Feb. 15 of Tijay Clairborne, 20, of Flanders, on one count of grand larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony.
Police said Clairborne stole jewelry from a Donald Drive residence. He was in the residence with permission when the theft occurred, according to police. The report did not state when the theft occurred.
Clairborne was processed and released on his own recognizance, police said.
