NOTICE TO BIDDERS
TAKE NOTICE, that sealed proposals will be received by the Office of the Town Clerk at Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York on or before March 15, 2012 at 11 o’clock am, prevailing time, for:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Riverhead is seeking proposals for Automated Vehicle Location and Monitoring (AVLM) for Town of Riverhead Highway Department Fleet.
Specifications and guidelines for submission of proposals are available on the Town website at www.riverheadli.com, click on bids, or at the Office of the Town Clerk and may be picked up between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, beginning February 16, 2012.
Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “AUTOMATED VEHICLE LOCATION AND MONITORING (AVLM) FOR HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FLEET”. Proposals must be received by the Office of the Town Clerk by no later than 11:00 am on March 15, 2012.
This RFP is not an offer or a binding commitment to contract on the part of the Town. The Town retains the right to postpone or cancel the RFP or to reject all proposals, if the Town determines, in its sole discretion, that the best interests of the Town will be served thereby.
